Practice Locations

Please bring your child's Medicare card, doctor’s referral letter and blue book to your first appointment. If your child has any previous skin prick tests, blood tests or relevant investigations, please bring these along also. 

We are a privately billing specialist practice. Consultation fees will be outlined at the time of booking. A valid referral letter and Medicare card is required to be eligible for a Medicare rebate. We can submit Medicare claims on your behalf on the same day. 

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to allow time to reallocate your appointment to others. If you cancel within 48 hours, or do not attend a booked appointment, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
